Old Business
New shed working well.
Phone numbers: LPL put an opt-in request in the newsletter but got no feedback, so no list was created. Possible funding mechanism to put paid ads on the website, then use funds to create a member handbook. LPL could possibly set up accounts/passwords for on-line access. Tombstone proposed members can contact VB for info instead. Motion carried.

New Business
2011 Projections: Economic and cost / revenue comparisons given by LPL, including 2011 projections.
Publicity: Vile Bunch could look into D&C article.
Projects: pavilion needs maintenance, fix holes, paint, more gravel. Also, new targets as $ permit, gun raffle discussed. Other ideas for increasing revenue: clean shoot certificate to encourage attendance and yearly awards in Oct.
Match Shoot Conflicts: April shoot moved to May 1. Should Vile Bunch move shoots when it conflicts with Memorial Day weekend? Agreed.
Kick-off shoot and October shoot: – Keep doing pot-luck lunches? Yes.
Work parties: need more than the Vile Bunch to work them. Agreed.
Setups: Vile Bunch to evaluate feasibility of a Sunday Setup (set up and shoot, both on same day). VB will take it into consideration.
Posse Pics: do we really want hardcopies? JG proposed letting members download photos and print on own, declined- keep it the same.
Dues: keep the same? Elk Creek Ken motioned to keep them the same for next year, second by Shorty Morty, passed.
Monthly Fees: keep the same? Elk Creek Ken motioned to change monthly fees, for members of neither LR or SRG from $20 to $15, second by Shorty Morty, passed. Vile Bunch to advertise this change.
Three Day Shoot Fees: remain the same, dinner cost not to be subsidized – passed. JG to make caterer arrangements with Bad To The Bone again.
Categories: Long Riders’ Wild Bunch categories need new names. Bum Thumb motioned change to “Rough Riders”, Lefty Lacota second, passed.
Three Day Shoot Theme: after discussion – use “Long Riders- Reloaded” as the theme. Use old, favorite scenarios and memories of Lost Long Riders.
Website: no further comments, LPL willing to accept potential ads or links.

Open Forum
Tombstone: need a motion to put Dutch’s name on the plaque? No, already in the works with Swisher. Will try for April completion. A moment of silence will be held at the April Safety Meeting.
Heavy Bear: concerned about the targets being too close and easy to hit. Does not like the numbering or sequencing either. Tombstone said the opposite. NK points out that the targets are within SASS rules. Tombstone suggests trying to set all targets at SASS minimum distances to increase shooter’s chance of shooting clean.
Shorty Morty: 6×6 tarps in front of the pavilion for brass – Agreed.
Idea: .22 dueling tree for Long Range.
